As of 1 July 2025, Live Event Logistics has entered a new era — completing the largest fleet and infrastructure expansion in Australian entertainment logistics history, and setting the new industry standard for scale, service and global integration.
With the acquisition of 90 touring trailers and rigids, our fleet now exceeds 120 dedicated concert trailers, supported by an expanded national team of professional, touring-experienced drivers and operational crew.

Live Event Logistics Pty Ltd is an Australian based Entertainment Freight specialist Company operating specifically within the Music Touring, Festivals, Live Arts, TV, Theatre, Exhibition, Live Broadcast and Performance spaces. We provide a range of in-house freight solutions and logistical support for all aspects of touring, production and a range of creative projects including Tour Trucking, Domestic Road and Air Freight, International Shipping, Carnet and Trade Documents.
Established in July 2017 the Live team has over 20 years experience in international and domestic and freight and event logistics, and over 20 years experience working with the live event sectors.
