As of 1 July 2025, Live Event Logistics has entered a new era — completing the largest fleet and infrastructure expansion in Australian entertainment logistics history, and setting the new industry standard for scale, service and global integration.

With the acquisition of 90 touring trailers and rigids, our fleet now exceeds 120 dedicated concert trailers, supported by an expanded national team of professional, touring-experienced drivers and operational crew.

Our footprint now includes a:

  • Sydney HUB 2,500m² warehouse (3 sunken docks, 7,000m² hardstand, 25 minutes to the airport)

  • Brisbane HUB with 1000m2 warehouse, 4,500m² of container and trailer storage — both with dedicated theatre storage zones, built specifically for the live events and screen industries.

  • Victoria operations are now in planning — completing our East Coast powerhouse network.

Live Event Logistics Pty Ltd is an Australian based Entertainment Freight specialist Company operating specifically within the Music Touring, Festivals, Live Arts, TV, Theatre, Exhibition, Live Broadcast and Performance spaces.
