OUR STORY

Live Event Logistics is an Australian based Entertainment Freight specialist Company operating specifically within the Music Touring, Festivals, Live Arts, TV, Theatre, Exhibition, Live Broadcast and Performance spaces, on a Global scale.

Established in July 2017 Live Event Logistics P/L set out in Australia to work with Music Touring, Festivals, Live Arts, TV, Theatre and Live Broadcast. The business has grown rapidly and we now operate on a global scale servicing all areas of the world within our network of offices and partners.

We provide a range of in-house freight solutions in all countries including, Tour Trucking, general Road Freight, International Shipping via Air & Sea, Carnet & Trade Documents, Site Labour, Itinerary Planning and specialised solutions for all aspects of your tour, production or project.

Our Philosophy is simple. We pride ourselves on understanding the unique requirements of each of the creative industries we work with, and delivering on it. We stay close to every job, we love and live what we do, and working with like-minded people and partners that share our love and commitment to live events.

We understand that we play one part in the live event eco-system. Our role is more than to provide a freight and logistics service, it is to provide peace of mind. We understand and respond to the unique requirements of the industries we work with. We work hard to remain hands on to deliver trusted, personalised service and specialised solutions and efficiencies to allow our clients to do what they need to do…to deliver live content and event experiences.

We recognise that every production, and every performance is unique, however requires careful planning and a level of consistency at its foundation. We are passionate about performance. Our role is to work from the outset to provide a foundation of behind the scenes support to ensure specialised items can be handled and delivered with the utmost of care.

We stay close to every job and you will have one central point of contact for the entire project. Your Live Event team member will work with you from the inception to delivery.

Our quoting process is extremely thorough to ensure we discuss all options. We will advise you on any potential issues we see, and work towards the best solution to move your equipment in the most efficient way. We pride ourselves on our personalised and genuine customer service, and creative, effective logistics solutions.
