CAPABILITIES
ONE TEAM ACROSS EVERY MOVE
STAGE TO STAGE
DOOR TO DOOR
ACROSS BORDERS
From dedicated tour trucking and nationwide freight to international air and sea, customs, storage and itinerary planning, LIVE coordinates the full movement of entertainment equipment through one experienced point of contact.
TOUR TRUCKING
Show-critical road movement
Dedicated touring vehicles, experienced drivers and hands-on coordination built around venue access, load-in windows and the pace of the road.
DOMESTIC ROAD + RAIL
Nationwide freight, planned to fit
Road and rail solutions across Australia, from single cartons and pallets to full production loads, routed around the schedule, equipment and destination.
AIR, OCEAN + CHARTER
International movement without the gaps
Air, ocean and charter solutions for planned and time-critical movements, coordinated across a trusted global network from collection through delivery.
CARNETS + CUSTOMS
Documents, clearance and compliance
Shipping documents, trade compliance, ATA Carnets and customs brokerage managed carefully so equipment can cross borders with fewer delays and clearer next steps.
STORAGE + CROSS-LOAD
Secure between every leg
Short and long-term storage, warehousing and efficient cross-load support for tours, productions and events between movements.
ITINERARY PLANNING + COORDINATION
The right route before the first move
Modes, routes, timings, documents and contingencies mapped early, then coordinated by one team from brief to final delivery.
ONE OPERATION
FROM ARRIVAL
TO RE-EXPORT
Beyond individual freight services, LIVE connects the complete production movement through one in-house team and one purpose-built Sydney hub. Equipment can arrive, be prepared, tour and return through the same operation before its final journey home.
2,800 M² SYDNEY HUB
Show-critical road movement
Our Sydney facility can receive and hold major production loads before and after a tour, with space for production teams to work alongside LIVE’s operations crew.
THREE SUNKEN DOCKS
Flat-push cross-loading
Three sunken docks allow equipment to move directly between smaller vehicles and touring trucks at floor level, supporting efficient cross-loads inside the warehouse.
MULTIPLE PRODUCTIONS
Built to operate at show scale
Our facility can support multiple major productions simultaneously, with the space, docks and operational capacity to accommodate large crews and concurrent cross-loads.
ONE IN-HOUSE TEAM
Continuity at every handover
The same LIVE operation remains responsible from arrival through the warehouse, onto the road, back into the hub and through the final outbound movement.
CLOSE TO EVERY JOB
From local transport to global freight, LIVE coordinates the full logistics chain around the unique demands of entertainment.
-
Every movement begins with a clear understanding of the equipment,
origin and destination, production dates, venue access, load-in windows and critical milestones. From there, LIVE maps the route, hand-offs, responsibilities and documentation required to keep the movement aligned with the schedule.
Road, rail, air, ocean and charter options are compared against time,
budget, handling, volume and risk. Working backwards from the delivery deadline, the team confirms cut-offs, transit times, compliance needs, buffer and practical recovery options before the freight moves. -
Once the plan is agreed, LIVE secures capacity across the required modes and dates, connects each booking to the production run sheet and coordinates shipping documents, ATA Carnets, broker instructions and customs clearance so the paperwork moves in step with the freight.
Storage, staging and cross-load windows are planned around equipment access and the next departure. One LIVE contact connects production, drivers, freight partners, brokers, hubs, venues and suppliers, sharing milestones, changes and decisions with the people who need them.
-
Collection windows and site contacts are confirmed before arrival, with handling, labelling, loading and any specialist packing requirements built into the plan. Each leg is then coordinated as one journey across dedicated road transport, rail, scheduled air, ocean or charter.
The movement is tracked against agreed milestones, with connections, delays and delivery windows actively monitored. Useful updates are shared throughout, while access instructions, dock bookings, local contacts and unloading timing remain aligned with the load-in or production schedule.
-
When timing or conditions change, the team assesses the fastest viable options using current capacity, cut-offs, road times and border requirements. Alternative routes, carriers or connections are coordinated to protect priority equipment and the most critical deadlines.
Bookings, storage, cross-loads, customs activity and delivery windows are adjusted as the run sheet changes. The onward movement is planned before the current event ends, connecting load-out sequence, late or overnight departures, holding, storage and the next venue.
